I keep getting notifications to update my Office apps like Word specifically to 64 instead of 32. I paid last spring to have all updated and don't know why it's still sending that notification? Please offer advice? So frustrating!!!
What version of Office shows as currently installed? Open Word and select "About Word;"

What happen when you contacted Microsoft to let them know you've already paid for their product?
Did you actually install the new version of Office?
I have paid to get the new version of Word and all office and I'm still getting this message, Can anyone help?
