What if I do not have the icon to add people to a note?
I am trying to add a person to a note but I do not have the add person icon on my notes . What do I do?

Only iCloud notes can be shared with others, the note that you're trying to share might be associated with a different type of account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) If you have multiple account types, see which account this note is associated with (tap the "<" icon at the top-right corner of Notes to get to the "Folders" section of Notes.)
