Cannot cancel my Apple Music subscription. The option is not appearing in manage subscription....

Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
Select the subscription to see its details, then scroll down (below the options) to where it says “Cancel Subscription”. Click that. Confirm the cancelation in the pop-up window. Done.
