Missed calls

Hi, i have an Iphone XR and even the notification ar on, missed calls won‘t be on the screen and even on the call app theres no „1“ to show me that i have missed a call. I restarted it and updated it but the problem is still here!

Missed calls I have way too many missed calls, please help! I will be looking at my phone, locked screen is open, on my home page and suddenly I will get a missed call notification but my phone never rang. Why? This happens when I have my phone open or closed. My do not disturb is not on and I still get this is issue. Please help!
