How do I enter passwords into the Keychain appp? How do I eve a list of passwords?

When an app, website, or whatever asks for a password, there is a checkbox to store the password in the keychain.
You can manually create entries, but that may not work out.
I'm not sure what your second question is asking. If you want to print a list of passwords, there isn't a way to do that.
