Speaker Issues

My phone fell in a coolant in my college workshop, the coolant is made up of soap solution and oil. I picked it back up in a few seconds and washed it with water. It took a couple of hours for the speakers to get back to normal( I am not sure if they are normal yet). Then the next morning my phone started making a very low static noise even when I was not playing anything. I have been through this when I was using an iPhone 6 but is this related to the accident or this is just a glitch?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store.

Odds are the phone will have to be replaced. It is not waterproof.
