On my computer, a 2017 MacBook Pro 13-inch running macOS Mojave, when I try and do homework through the Canvas Learning Management Platform, I am unable to see pictures and equations for the required homework. This does not happen on the Windows computers at school or on the one we have at home, but it does happen on my MacBook Pro and the two late 2014 Retina 5k 27-inch iMacs we have at home also running macOS Mojave. This happens on all three apple devices whether in Safari or Google Chrome. I need to be able the the Calculus questions on my homework and the pictures for Government questions. what can I do to fix this. This only happens to some of the pictures and equations, other times it's fine.

Hello hyrum64,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that images are not loading when using Canvas in different browsers on multiple Mac computers. I would be happy to help point you towards a resolution.

The next time this occurs, I suggest following the steps in the resource below:

If Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing - Apple Support

Since it sounds like the issue is specific to Canvas, be sure to follow the steps under the "If Safari doesn't load pages from a specific site" section in particular. You may also want to reach out to Canvas support directly to confirm compatibility with macOS Mojave, and to report this issue:

Take care!
