I have been charged for itunes eventhough I am not purchasing anything.
I have also checked in the subscription and purchased history. Does anybody has experienced this?

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
I don't think you were charged for iTunes but something bought using iTunes.

iTunes is free and comes with iOS. You are not charged for it.

Agree. Thank you for providing the article. I think I have caught in fraudulence, as I did not connect any of my bank to my apple ID and did not make any purchasing.
I have reported this to Apple Support and am waiting for them.
