The set-up process seems to be in a loop.
Tap <Set Up Now>
then tap <Continue> and it just cycles back to the original <Set Up Now>.
I Have toggled on/off Apple Cash in Settings, turned phone off/on. I signed out of iCloud account and back in. nothing seems to work.

Do you have your region set to USA for your Apple ID and on your phone?

thanks for the links, but they do not help. I already have my Apple card loaded, I can see the 'Apple Cash' card in my wallet with text saying 'Set up Apple Cash'. If I tap that I get another screen with a <Continue> button (and links to the about Apple Cash, etc.). if I tap <Continue> it just cycles back to where I started at the Apple Cash Card with text below it to Set up Apple Cash...
