How to restore backup iCloud on new iPhone when I forgot my Apple ID password

See if you can get an email option.

I can not change my password for iCloud. I’d is ****@ icloud.com but when I put in password. It of course is wrong. So it asks for my phone number. Which is a very old number. How in heavens name can I get in and change my number. And then new password please.
