I forgot the password for my locked notes. Please help

I forgot the password for my locked notes. And my Touch ID doesn’t work either. How can I reset the password or get access to it again? Can you please help me out in anyway? After all we are humans and human tend to forget. Even the phone owner. Me being the owner of this phone, I am trying to remember the password to get access but no luck yet. I have seen over 3000 people’s comments about this same matter. So please make a way so that I can atleast reset the password. Those are very important notes for me please 💔😢
