Back up problem

My iPhone 7 doesn’t backup anymore my numerous attempts haven’t been good help me out

Backup to iTunes? Backup to iCloud? What happens when you try to do a backup? What error message do you get? See if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977
