Animoji on iPhone 8 Plus
My niece has iphone 8plus and she is able to have the animoji on her phone. When I try to find it, it says this app requires features not available on this device. What is the problem?

Maybe I wasn't specific. We have the same phone, she has the animoji, I don't. Thanks for any help
If she does not have an iPhone that uses Face ID she does not have Animoji or Memoji. She could be using an app. Ask her is her iPhone is jailbroken.
