Hi,

If you are college student, you can get Apple products with back to school discount prices.

Try to contact Apple support or visit retail Apple Store to ask about student discount.

Student discount is for students who can demonstrate they are enrolled in a college or University.

For those who need to save money, Apple refurbished program has an ever-changing selection of computers for sale. These are NOT second-quality -- they pass the same cosmetic and operational standards as new. But they have run afoul of commerce laws and can not be sold as "New". They are eligible for the same warranty and AppleCare PLUS options.

NB>> For all Apple notebook computers, you MUST decide on memory size and drive size at time of purchase. NO field upgrades are possible later, because these components are now soldered to the mainboard for maximum reliability. Buy the most you think you might EVER need, or plan to sell your unit to upgrade it when needed.

Good answer if a sturent. But I am *1 yrs old and not planning to go back to school. Been a Windows user from day 1 as IT pro with Microsoft businesses. Now going to move to Mac for the next 20+ years. Bought iPhone 11's and Smart Watches for spouse and I to utilize health features (fall detection, monitorin, etc..). So........ How best to do that? Budget tight as my family could use all the financial help I can spare. But need to be up-to-date/compatibility on software on all devices to ensure operation now and in the future

Any comment or advice welcomed.
