iTunes Payment Refund

My iTunes has purchased a specialization that I completed and a payment that I haven't authorized has made. how can claim for a refund?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.

I downloaded player extreme back sometime ago but I wanted to add some features, like a playlist. So I was inquiring about the pro version, I paid for but to download it it’s asking for additional $6.99 even after I just paid $19.99 I would like a refund I’ll just keep my standard free player.
