Problems with Apple ID
Hello, there was a payment for the subscription in the program, the next day the exact same subscription took place with the requirement to pay again, as a result of which I can’t download any application in Apple Store, because there are problems with the card. I would like to ask you to cancel these two identical subscriptions and make a refund. I wrote in support of the application, they said that they could not help because they did not have access to payment information.
