My Apple Music shutsdown automatically anytime I try to open it

Please my Apple Music shutsdown automatically anytime I try to open it. Same applies to Apple TV and Itunes on my iPhone 7. Can’t seem to know what the problem is??

If the Music App isn’t responding

Make sure your iOS software up to date

Close the music app
in Settings- General- Reset - Reset Network Settings

Restart your iOS device. (until the Apple logo appears) or you can go to settings- general- shutdown
