iTunes asks me to authorize my computer every time I try to play my purchased music! AND doesn't want to convert to MP3!!!

Hello,

I installed iTunes for windows (my version is windows 7) a few days ago and purchased a kpop album. After the purchase, the music appeared in my library and when I try to play it, iTunes asks me to authorize my computer. This didn't happen only once but every time I try to play the music, it asks for authorization.

Also, when I try to convert the music to MP3, it gives me an error in the attached image.

I've been trying to reach support but to reach support, I need the serial number of my product and I don't know where to find the serial number of my iTunes or is it the serial number of my device? My device is a Samsung laptop running windows 7!

I'm stuck and don't know what to do: I can't enjoy my purchased music and I can't convert them to MP3 nor can I reach support to solve the problem. Please help ASAP.

Thank you.

Remove download. That should leave you with a cloud icon you can use to redownload. You won't need to pay again.

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for recent store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.
