I am being billed $3.21 every 11 days. My history and subscriptions are clear. How can I stop the charges?

How can I remove a charge that I’m not receiving nor did I make it?

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support), contact the card issuer
