Ok soo I need help because my Apple ID phone number got changed where I can receive codes and it got changed but I never changed it or done anything soo the last thing I thought of is it got hacked and I can’t access it until I change the phone number but I don’t know the phone number or ho wrote it down

iPhones cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / malware / Spyware, unless you have downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from Internet
You can use some third-party apps to detect and block spam phone calls.
