Cant activate my iphone 7 A1660 after 12.4 update

I have an iPhone 7 and it's not activated after an update to 12.4 using itunes
Message is
Cant retrieve information from iPhone

It would be better if you can please post a screenshot of error message, in order to understand the phenomenon better.
