I purchased an iMac 21” , but its Spanish. After I chg language to English will I need to chg anything else. I hv an English Keyboard and USD chord.Will the apps i download be Spanish? I don’t want any Spanish issues popping up. Thanks

Apps are normally multilingual and should automatically adopt whatever language set the MacOS too.
