As explained, there is no way to clear or remove that AppleID from its association with those apps. All you can do is delete those apps on the device, and re-install or re-purchase them with your currently used AppleID.
Those apps are, and will always be, linked to that Apple ID. Delete them and reacquire them with your new Apple ID.
