Mail - unable to manage module

Hi,

I'm not able anymore to manage module.

The link with antidote app is broken for an unknot reason and I can't add.

What to do?

mail, not functioning correctly. I am having issues with my mail programme, I either have to wait an age for emails to open on the Mac, IF they open at all, or I have to read my email on my iPhone instead. ALSO, when I delete something I have read, it seems to take quite a while to delete it, during this time I have the spinning beachball and can do nothing else but wait. Can my mail programme be deleted and then reloaded/installed?

Apple Mail Issues Recently upgraded to MacBook Pro / M1 / 2021 and since I have to quit the apple mail app to receive new messages. This was not the case with my older MacBook Pro (2009). I have verified all mail settings and all appear to be fine. Looking for recommendations.
