watchOS 5.3.1 not detecting movement

Yesterday I updated my apple watch to 5.3.1

Today I noticed that my "move" and "exercise" are not being tracked.

Did this happened to anyone else? Is it a bug from software?

O already checked some "hot to fix" supports but everything is turned on.

Thank you.

Force restart both your iPhone and your Watch

First force restart your iPhone by using the method that corresponds to your version of phone, Force restart iPhone

When you see the Apple logo on your iPhone, restart your Watch by holding in both the crown and side button for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo and release.
