my cbs app is crashing every 10 minutes since the last update??? 8/28/19

Have you tried the hard reset procedure for the new 2018 iPad Pro

1, Press and Release the Volume Up button.

2. Then immediately Press and Release the Volume Down button.

3. Then, Press and Hold the Power Button at the top.

You will see the Slide to Power off button, but keep on holding down the Power Button until you see the Apple logo, then let it go.

Once you have performed all the steps, wait for a few seconds and your 2018 iPad Pro will boot up completely to the iPad Pro’s Lock screen.

I am having the same issue with cbs crashing and I have been communicating with them for about a month now if not more and all they say is to keep deleting the app and updating it. I have done that so many times and it does not work. I am paying for all access too so I am not happy about it not working. I am about to cancel it.

I just wanted to say that I took some advice from other about the CBS app crashing. You have to FIRST DELETE the old app completely. Then download the new updated version. After months of dealing with this issue my app no longer crashes every 5 minutes.

Reading the reviews for it there seems to be a problem with the app. You can report it to the developer but ultimately it’s up to CBS to fix whatever their update broke

I have been experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, a hard reset did not resolve the issue.

They did just update the app today so you could update and see if that fixes it

Good luck. I doubt it. I have done that so many times the past month and I did update again today. Did not work.

uninstall the CBS app and reinstall it again it worked for me
