Error code -3529

Hi forgot my passcode and my ipad is disabled, tried to restore it through itune but every time getting error "network connection timed out" "stopped (err = -3529)" i have uninstalled virus protection and disabled firewall also flushed dns also and itune version is also latest one

iPad Air 2 disabled, Need help My 74 year old father in law disabled his iPad after he couldn’t remember passcode & it’s been like that for almost a year. I am trying to help restore ipad using iTunes but after about 5 times of getting half thru download it says Unknown error occurred (9006) make sure network settings are correct and active. This download takes days to do but there is nothing wrong with network. PLEASE advise me on what I can do about it. And can’t fix it from iCloud because it says iPad is offline.

what's error 9? Trying to restore the iPad (forgot the passcode), after restoring it says, The iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9)? Thanks
