iCloud saying full
My iCloud is saying full when it really isn’t don’t know what to do...help! When I go to delete a photo it says iCloud storage is full and photo will be deleted immediately

My iCloud email is sending replies to senders that my Inbox is full but it is not. I have over 80 gb of unused space because I pay for 200 gb. How can I fix this because many senders are telling me they won't send me more messages until it is fixed. This is happening with my iCloud email and my .ME email.
How do you check all your storage really don’t remember how to do it but my iCloud says that I have used 28.4MB out of 5G so I’m not sure what to do
