How to transfer phone timed alarms for activities to transfer to watch not excercise relate

I need to call into a device two times a day and have set the alarms on my Iphone, but they do not transfer over to my iwatch 4. My Iphone is an 8. All current software updated. 8/29/19. Please help?

The alarms are separate and do not sync between devices. You should be able to receive a haptic notification on your watch.
