I bought my iPhone 6s when i was in japan, now i want to use it in Pakistan but it is country lock, kindly guide how to unlock my iPhone,

Contact the Japanese cellular carrier it's locked to and ask them if they will unlock it.

It's not locked to a country. It's locked to a carrier and only they can remove that lock.
