can not add payment method with one of my master credit card

I tried to add payment method with one of my master credit cards, it failed and showing "This payment method can't be used with the iTunes Store. Try again using another payment method." I tried used other card it worked fine. I called my Master credit card customer service, I was being told that credit card was fine. I am wondering why I can not used that credit card as payment method in iTunes account.

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc.) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account). There are probably other validation rules as well.
