Missing apps, HBO GO and SHOWTIME ANYTIME

How do I find or get the apps HBO GO and SHOWTIME ANYTIME? They have disappeared from my APPLE TV , 3 rd generation? I pay for these on my cable subscription.

See if perhaps these have accidentally been set to ‘hidden’.

Settings﹥Main Menu﹥ to unhide them.

Thank you.for your help. I followed your direction and They were there set to hide. I didn't do this and I am the only one to use it. Interesting, I am guessing Apple did this.
