iMac on initial boot will not sync to keyboard.
iMac with fresh install on new hard drive will not connect to apple wireless keyboard or magic mouse

Hi,
Connect wired keyboard and mouse and check Apple menu > About This Mac > System Report > Bluetooth if it's detected.
