I downloaded the free trial of Final Cut Pro x and made a couple of projects in it and recently I just purchased the full version of Final Cut Pro x and I’m looking to see how you would go about transferring the projects over?

Place the Trial version in the Trash unless you already deleted it.
The FCP X Library bundle is not connected to your Trial version.
The default location of your FCP X Library is is your Home>Movies folder.
Double click the Library icon.
It has four purple stars.
