iTunes purchase
I purchased an album a while ago off of an old iPad and it says purchased in the store. However, it gave me only a few songs and it does not give me the option to re-download the whole thing on my computer or phone.

If it doesn't show for redownloading : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
check to see if you've hidden it from there : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
