How do I unsync all my photos from apple watch?

Thanks, Randy, I was able to remove them from my favorites, but there's a whole bunch of others on my watch that are not on my favorites. For some reason ALL my photos are on my Apple watch. How can I remove them? All I wanted to do is choose one photo!
Try removing them from your favorites in your phone photo albums
The albums that are synced are controlled from
iPhone>My Watch>Photos>Synced Album
