Is my Mac (iOS High Sierra 10.13.1comptable with iOSA 8

iOS runs on iPhones, iPods, and iPads. It does not run on Macs. Macs run macOS, not iOS.

If it requires iOS, then it will not run on your Mac... or a Windows PC for that matter.

An iOS app will not run on MacOS.
