Why I cannot Add New Apple ID on my iPhone? It keeps saying "No more new Apple ID is allowed to add in this iPhone"!

sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.

You can create only 3 Apple IDs on one device.
