I used a unknown charger and plugged it into my phone, my phone started turning various different colours and gradually turned black. It wouldn't turn on afterwards. I tried to force restart it and it wouldn't work. I'm starting to wonder if that charger has ruined the battery! The battery health was less than 90%. P.S i only received this phone yesterday!!!!

It's more likely it completely fried the electronics in the phone.
