It's probably still on your phone somewhere, but hidden. Swipe down from the middle of any home screen and enter Clock in the search field:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If not found, download it again from the App Store:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store

Do you have an icon called "utilities"? If so, click on it to open it. Then, drag the clock icon out onto the Home screen.
