Unable to Activate

My cellar stopped working when I updated my phone so trying to fix it, I restored it multiple times because it didn't work. Today after I got home I restored it again and now it says it's unable to activate because an update is required. So I've tried to update it from my computer but it says I need to restore to update it which I have already done. I don't know what to do. Please help.
