Try This: Disable then Enable the Caps Lock Key. I am not sure if it would work, but try it and see if does.

Disable the Caps Lock Key:

1. Go To: Apple Menu
2. Select: System Preferences
3. Select: Keyboard
4. Select: Modifier Keys... button (On the bottom-right corner of the page)
5. Click: Caps Lock Key drop down box
6. Select: No Action
7. Select: OK

Then...

Enable the Caps Lock Key:

1. Select: Select: Modifier Keys... button(on the bottom-right corner of the page)
2. Click: Caps Lock Key drop down box
3. Select: Caps Lock
4. Click: OK button
