Remove balance in Apple ID
I want to remove my balance in Apple ID that why I can change to other store. Please help me I don’t know what to do.

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you will be changing to ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
