Apple watch series 4 battery drains quickly

My Apple watch series 4 battery drains quickly. When i put it on charge it doesn’t hold the charge at all. After resetting the watch it shows me incorrect battery percentage. What should be done?

I took it to serviced and I was told to change the battery. I didn’t and I addressed to an other authorized service provider who talk that I can’t change the battery, but give my watch back and buy a new one paying the battery cost ,if my battery health is above 80%’ . do you know how to solve the problem?

Make sure you have the latest software updates on both your iPhone and Watch. If so and the reset didn't;t correct your problem I suggest you make an appointment with an Apple store Genius Bar or chat with an Apple Specialist......https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/

Thnk you. The watch is fully drained now and when i put it on charging it is not showing up
