I have multiply charges on my account that I did not make and have called you in the past and thought it was resolved but it is still going on

You haven't called us, we are fellow users, these are user forums. If they are on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if you claim you didn't do them, contact iTunes Support e.g. via the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here.
