Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I want to change country in Apple ID. I have no active subscriptions. Moved to another country. My old credit card is expired. I have new credit card.

I cant download any new app until I update my payment method.

I can't update my payment method because my OLD credit card is expired.

My old credit card is expired because I moved into new country.

I want to update my payment method to my NEW credit card, but i need to change my country.

I can't change the country because it says "There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file."

I go to my subscriptions and all my subscriptions are expired.


That's a vicious loop. How can I get out of it?

 contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
