I have tried to add in a video clip to my main timeline but it doesnt drop above my main timeline as a video clip. It drops it UNDER my main timeline and is a sound only file.... How do I fix this?
I have made a 50 second screen capture to actually show the issue as I am sure the explanation will cause more questions, lol. Thanks in advance.

I looked at the video, though it’s hard to see on the loom site, but it looks like an audio only clip. Do you have audio only editing switched on?

any audio only clips are connected beneath the primary storyline. That’s by design.
It is video clips (MP4 and Quicktime movie), not audio.
I put a link above so you can see a video of what I am trying to achieve without success. Here it is again.
