contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
Can you give new phone number. I want to actually speak to someone. I’ve been waiting for 3 days and want to get resolved so that is can get back to placing my apps on my phone.
My problem now after receiving approval to reset my password is in trying to update my payment information.
