Sorry, what does "it updates okay but it won't install" mean. If it didn't install it didn't "update okay"? What version of iOS is on your iPad now?
And I have a dr antivirus I downloaded from the iTunes Store that,it won’t install after it being updated either oh I have a MacBook Pro 2011 verstion hight Sierra 10.13.6
Dr Antivirus is for Macs not iPads and would be on the App Store, not iTunes. You shouldn't install it at all. Macs do not need antivirus apps and cause nothing but problems.
