iPhone screen shakes when I hold my finger down on the screen.

I need to know what I should do about this problem. When I hold my fingers down on the screen when playing a game, the screen shakes like my finger is making a bunch of movements. This problem only occurs while I’m charging my phone, but it’s annoying and I want to fix it. Is there a way to fix it myself or do I have to take it into the shop?
